To Better Health

My mother, 2 aunts, and a good number of 1st cousins have all had to have hysterectomies because of large cysts (not sure if uterine or ovarian). What is my risk for this? Also, how would one go about finding the cause of this? They all lived in the same house at one time; could there be an environmental cause? Or is it genetic?
