I cant even begin to count all the symptoms i have that make me think i have an ovarian cyst but i have a really good bit of them. My question is could it be getting worse. About 2 months ago i fainted in school and started throwing up and the pain in my abdomen was so bad it just hurt so much like the worst pain i ever felt the doctor said he thought it might be an ovarian cyst and suggested i go to an OBGYN i never ended up getting the time to make the appointment so i never went. about a month ago i had sex for the first time, and my boyfriend and i have done it quite a few times since then and every time we have sex it hurts. but over the past week or two it feels as if my symptoms are getting worse. ive began to get even more tired and its really hard to wake me up the past two days it has taken like twenty minutes of constant nagging from my boyfriend to wake me up and i slept 8-9 hours last night and 2-4 hours this afternoon and im still tired. i keep getting very dizzy its almost constant light headedness and dizziness. whenever i eat i feel really bloated and sick and i feel nauseas about 3 times a day and my stomach hurts a lot. i have been experiencing shortness of breath all day but really bad for the last few hours. does anyone know what could be wrong with me? i believe the day i fainted might have been the day the cyst ruptured if in fact that is what it was. and if so could the symptoms get worse over time?? Can 16 year olds get ovarian cysts??

Do ovarian cysts sometimes mimic the symptoms of pregnancy??? My last menstrual period was on 11/24… I went into the hospital two nighs ago and they told me that I have a 2cmX4cm cyst on my ovary… It is a functional cyst… they said that when the egg broke through the ovary a cyst grew over it.. and it should go away once I get my period…. I called my regular Ob/gyn and she sounded ok.. she said that everything is normal and that it should go away on its own… and that I should have an appointment in about a month to see if it has gone down at all then we’d take it from there… Well once i asked her about if my symptoms were related to the cyst she sounded really concerned!!! She asked if I could go in right away.. but I was unable to… so she asked if I could get a pregnancy test right a way… So i took the test and It came back NEGATIVE!!! cane these symptoms be the cyst mimicking pregnancy…. ?? I’m really confused… Have any of you had a cyst and the doctor thought you were pregnant and you really weren’t?! or vice versa? Please help!!!!!

On Friday morning I’m going to the hospital because I have appointment.

They called today saying I have one at 7 and another at 9. I can’t have any food and I have to drink 32 oz of water. They said they’re doing a pelvic and abdominal one.

What the heck are they going to do? What do they normally do for cysts? (My doctor says mine is probably rather large)

I’m 17.. I’m scared
