Ovarian cysts and pregnancy?

About 2 months ago my doctor told me that I had an ovarian cyst on each of my ovaries. They found this while doing an ultrasound for a miscarriage I had in December.
I just found out a couple of weeks ago that I’m pregnant again. I’m about 7 weeks along and for the last few days, I’ve been getting sharp pains on my sides. My doctor told me that the cysts would probably go away and now I’m scared that they didn’t.
Can cysts cause me to have a miscarriage again? 
What should I do? Is it possible that it’s not cysts?
I should have added that the pain usually starts when I’m tightening my abdomen when I’m cleaning or something. Sometimes when I’m in the shower shaving…
Does this sound normal?

Ladies with ovarian cysts-What were your symptoms, and do mine sound normal?

I have-some bloating, a dull ache in the lower left side of my back (dr. thinks cyst is on my left side) I have some pain when I urinate. I sometimes have a dull ache in my abdomen. I have pain on my lower left side, but it’s not constant. More than anything, my stomach is upset. I go from being nauseaus to having gas pains-of course, that may be from my nerves!!
I’ve seen my regular doctor, had blood tests to rule out other things. She is fairly confident that it is a cyst. I’m having an US on Wednesday.

Ovarian Cyst Symptoms Check?

According to the information at WebMd, symptoms include:
* Frequent urination, if a cyst is pressing against your bladder.
* Abdominal pain.
* Menstrual period changes.
* Weight gain.
I know I’m harboring a "fugitive" on my right side ovary– (I see the doctor again tomorrow for the ultrasound) but could the 6 lbs that won’t come off be because of this dang thing? My poor abdomen has been bloated for the last 5 months since the pain came… and I work out for an hour almost every day and have a strict healthy diet, I’ve been trying to lose it but the numbers don’t change.
My question is: Have any of you cyst-sufferers gained weight b/c of your cysts? What’s been your experience?

ovarian cysts?

Apparently I have ovarian cyst…my doctor confirmed it again for me a little over a month ago..Today when I layed down on my right side, I got the worst pain in my left side, right around were my ovary was at..the pain went into my hip,,,also have some abdomen tenderness..I miscarried a month in a half ago..right now I am currently waiting on my period…(hoping it comes!) my body is completely screwed up..I am not sure what is going on…anyone have any similar expriences with ovarian cysts??? I think that is what is going on…2 1/2 weeks ago I also have horrible pain there as well..I thought it was because I was ovualting, but no period yet..so I guess I wasn’t?
