I have never in my life had an ovarian before last month (July), and now this month I’ve devloped one on my other ovary, right ovary, too.

The only thing I’ve done differently over July & now August,
is add 100mg of vitamins B6 & 12 to lenghten my luteal phase even though it was already normal.

I was under the impression that I could make myself ovulate EARLIER, as my husband & I have more chances to have baby-making sex earlier in my cycle.

But now I have found research that suggests I would make myself ovulate LATER.

So if I’ve been over-supplementing for no real reason with the vitamin B, could I be making myself not release the egg soon enough therefore causing it to over-mature/overgrow into a cyst these past two months?

I went for a sonogram this morning to look into my fertility.
the Dr.who performed the test kinda took a deep breath and pointed out that I had, two cysts on my left ovary.one measurig 4cm filled with fluid and the other 3.5cm filled with blood.She also said that my lining was very thin what does that mean?.
Can ovarian cysts cause infertilty and how?
I should have asked her all these quetions earlier but I only seem to think of them after I’ve left.

The doctor has prescribed me two sets of tablets ( duphaston & bromelain what exactly do thesse do ?)to start on day 21 to get rid of the cysts.
Any info would be really appreciated thankyou in advance x
