ovarian cysts??

So im 15 and for the fast about month ive had these symptoms, dull but sometimes sharp pains in my abdominal area, pelvic pain, back pain, and gas. I went to my doctor and she thought it was ovarian cysts. Does it sound like that? is gas a symptom? and if not what are some other possiblitites
the pain is usually on my left side, but sometimes it can be on the right side. its where my ovaries are. And i actually don’t know if gas is anything to worry about cause i always have a lot of gas. But yeah 
Oh and yeah it sometimes radiates to my back. And no it doesn’t really change at any time in the month

Gas isn’t usually a symptom of ovarian cysts. I need to know more information. Where exactly is the abd pain…is it down very low or just under your rib cage. Does the pain radiate to your back or is it separate. Depending on your answers it could be other things. Does the pain happen at a certain time of the month or all month? Does it happen after you eat or is there no connection? Let me know, or repost your question, and maybe I can better help you out.
