I have these symptoms… Could they be ovarian cysts? PCOS? or????

I have have been feeling like my front pelvic area has had a lot of pressure/fullness and is just uncomfortable. I have had symptoms of a bladder infection but went to get it checked out and the test came out negative, as well and negative pregnancy test. I often feel like i have to pee and have some vaginal burning/itching. I have always had irregular periods, only having 3-4 a year. I have not had this discomfort before though. Its not a sharp pain, more like like a persistant pressure.
Any idea what this could be?

Hmm, not totally sure. It could be a cyst. Your doctor needs to check that out. Sounds kinda similar to the way I felt when I had my cyst. Just get it checked soon cause cysts can kill your ovaries.
