How many women have ever had ovarian cysts that grew into something.?

I just found out that I have an ovarian cyst on my left side.Also I have one on my cervix too. I had 2 ultrasounds done in the last 6 weeks to see if it has gone away on it’s own, but it hasn’t it has increase in size. Now my doctor wants me to have surgery which is probably normal, but still I am scared. Any advice or stories?

Not sure what you mean by grew into "something"
my cousin had a cyst on the ovary burst and had to have emergency surgery. If you doctor thinks you need it, you can always get a second opinion…but I would rather have calm, planned surgery than emergency, anytime. good luck.
