How do I use the shampoo without getting my hair tangled?

Every time I shampoo my hair in the shower I use a lot and get all the froth and bouquet ontop of my head and rub my hands in circular motions. Then I rinse and it really gets confusing. I have thick hair so I use a lot of shampoo. I wonder if shampoo do the same thing if I use it as air conditioner? Simply passing HMY's hair without any foam that?

brush your hair before getting into the shower and always wash your hair in a circular motion, but after ur fingers through it quickly, then condition. Once you exit the shower brush your hair immedaitely. This routine almost always works for me is you should be good.
